The Company was born in 1934 from the idea of our founder Mr. Franco Ragni to personalize the production of the small and medium Automobile Industry by an emblem or an enameled logo. In the post-war period, during the development of "The Italian Coachwork" in Piedmont, the society FRANCO RAGNI extended its production. Supplying the characteristic emblem, distinctive signs of various Firm, to most important Automobile Industries.
So, the PININFARINA, BERTONE, ABARTH, MICHELOTTI, VIGNALE, ALLEMANO, FERRARI, LAMBORGHINI logos and so many more, were added to the previous FIAT, SPA, LANCIA, OM, CEIRANO, DIATTO, ALFA ROMEO. At present some of them, intended to the restoration and collection, are produced with the original tooling and with the same techniques, being polished by hand and cloisonné enamel, that it has remained practically unchanged today like yesterday.
A complete collection was given at the death of the Founder - about 20 years ago - to the AUTOMOBILE MUSEUM OF TURIN, where it's still kept and showed as integral proof of the Automobile history.
